I contacted Jose the evening of Dec 23 concerning a roof leak. Another roofer had made promises to have it fixed by Dec 22 but stopped responding to me. Jose was at my house the next morning (yes, on Christmas Eve) and fixed the leak by 11am! I highly recommend Aurum Roofing!

I wholeheartedly recommend Aurum Roofing to anyone looking to have roof work done. They removed the dish from my roof, patched the holes and color-matched replacement shingles to cover the area where the dish was located. They performed a "tune-up" to seal nail heads on the flashing against moisture and even trimmed back a tree that was leaning on the roof! The job was done quickly and professionally; I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Hospitality!!!!!! This company knows how to value its customers. From the beginning Jose was professional, honest and trustworthy. He didn't oversell and was not pushy into getting the job. He invited me to look at the damage for my self and explain, communicated every step of the job. He made it seem more of a celebration with balloons outside the house and made sure his crew had a safe environment to work. Aurum has he best price in town! They installed a new roof, several sections ridge vents and a solar panel fan. I called several local roofing companies for an estimate and only 2 out of 5 actually gave me an estimate. The other companies did show up but failed to give me a quote. I guess they got to busy to contact me back for the quote. Overall very satisfied with the quality of work and would highly to anyone getting a new roof. Thank you Jose!

I don’t write review very often, but I need to write this review for Joe, the owner of Autumn Roofing. I had first appointment with Joe to go over the cost, insurance process, how many days to replace. It was on Sunday, he was on time (1 Star). He inspected the roof and said will send me the quote in 2 hours. I received the quote within 2 hrs ( keep his words, another star). The quote include new vents and is lower than Top D. (1 more star). We agreed on $ . Joe schedule the date to replace. Materials delivery on time, the crews on time. Job finished in two days for the one story 2300 sq ft home. I like the 5-person crew that Joe has so he can oversee his crew work. No nails, debris, old shingle pieces left behind. Job is very well done. (2 more star). Highly recommended !!!

Great customer service and great work. I contacted Aurum Roofing for a roof repair and Jose was at my home the next day to provide an estimate. He was very informative which was helpful to give us an understanding of the work that needed to be done. Within a few days he was back for the repair and did good work, treating our roof like his own. We are completely satisfied with the job done and would recommend Aurum roofing to anybody needing work on their roof.
